Fun Facts about Ethiopia...
1. Power outages are random and can last for more than one day.
2. There 2 stop lights in the capital of Ethiopia that work when power is available
3.Livestock always has the right of way in traffic.
4. Toilet paper is never present. YOU MuST BRING YOUR OWN
5. $100 will get you 1788 Birr (Ethiopian money)
6. Over 25 children can fit in a minivan to get to school, book bags on the roof of the car.
7. You must put used toilet paper in trash can by toilet because drain pipes are small.... Ugh!
8. Fights are not done with fists or guns they use rocks.
9. Tree timbers are used for scaffolding around buildings.
10. Hannah Montanah and Justin Bieber are still cool.
11. It is ok for men to hold hands as they talk and walk.
12. Public transportation buses have no passenger limits basically people hanging out doors and windows.
